Cooking Steps

1 package Three Cheese Rice Mix
1 ¼ cups water
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon butter

Combine rice, seasoning, water, milk and butter in 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil: cover and reduce heat to low/simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes; remove from heat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir with fork and serve.
