The Minorcans didn't bring this over but they would have if I'd been alive to give it to them. First, we took the harsh edge off the mustard, kinda smoothed it out, added some spices and then gave it the attitude adjustment it sorely needed; a healthy dose of that politically correct pungent pod, the Datil pepper. Whenever you get the urge to use your regular cheesy mustard, pitch it, and start over with Dat'l Do-It.
