Mixing an artful caipirinha is a delicate balancing act. It should be sweet, but not syrupy. The lime has to shine through without overpowering the more delicate flavor of the cane juice. There is no room for preservatives, or anything but the purest, natural ingredients. We only use organic sugar cane and lime to create a modern take on Brazil's beloved national cocktail.
