Asiago cheese comes from the beautiful region of Italy near the Alps and makes these crackers the perfect accompaniment to antipasto or hard sausages. The slightly nutty flavor of Asiago is somewhat like Swiss cheese. We love how these crackers taste when pared with olives and soft cheeses.

Ingredients
Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Whole Milk, Butter (cream, salt) sugar, sea salt, Asiago Cheese (pasturized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Natural and Artificial Asiago-Type Flavor (autolyzed yeast extract, buttermilk powder, silicon dioxide (as anti-caking agent), dehydrated cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), maltodextrin, salt).
